John Booth of Chisworth aforesaid, gentleman, eldest son and heir to John aforesaid, married ..... daughter of ....., and by her had issue, Henry Booth, his eldest son and heir; Hugh Booth, second son, and Ralf Booth, third son.

Henry Bouth of Chisworth aforesaid, gentleman, eldest son and heir to John aforesaid, married Joan daughter to .. Timperley of the said place and county, and by her had issue, Thomas Booth, his eldest son and heir; Ralf, second son.

Thomas Booth of Chisworth aforesaid, gentleman, eldest son and heir to Henry aforesaid, married Ellen daughter of Bartholmew Wood of Arnecroft in the said county, & by her had issue, Nicholas Booth, his eldest son and heir; Henry, second son; Robert, third son; Thomas, fourth son, and Elizabeth. 

Nicholas Booth of Fawler Court in the county of Berkshire, gentleman, eldest son & heir to Thomas aforesaid, married Joan daughter of [Nicholas] Radish of Lockinge [West Lockinge] in the county of Berkkshire, gentleman, and by her hath issue, Thomas Booth, his eldest son and heir apparent, and Dorothy Booth, unmarried.
